Method

Step 1

Preheat Fill N’ Flip Waffle Press for 3 minutes, or until green ready light turns on. Place wire rack over large sheet pan. In large bowl, gently fold sprinkles through cake batter.

Step 2

Lightly spray lower and upper plates with cooking spray. Pour 250ml cake batter into lower plate.

Step 3

Close lid and cook waffle for 8 minutes, or until golden. Carefully remove waffle and transfer to wire rack to cool while preparing more waffles.

Step 4

Meanwhile, place chocolate in medium bowl and set bowl over small saucepan of barely simmering water to slowly melt chocolate, stirring often. Remove bowl from heat.

Step 5

Cut waffles into quarters. Line two large sheet pans with baking paper or wax paper. Dip tips of popsicle sticks in melted chocolate, tapping off any excess. Push sticks halfway up each waffle piece. Chill waffles for 10 minutes to harden chocolate.

Step 6

Dip waffle pops halfway into chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place pops on prepared pans and sprinkle with desired toppings. Repeat with remaining pops. Chill for 20 minutes, or just until chocolate is cold and set. Transfer pops to platter and serve.
