Every Duraprès appliance comes with a 2-year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship when used as intended. Please register your purchase for warranty below.

This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, abuse, or negligence. It also does not cover any cosmetic issues including scratches, stains, or damage from dropping your appliance or using sharp objects with it.

Each product comes with unique care instructions so please review each booklet before use.

This warranty is designed to give you peace of mind and does not change any of your rights under state or federal laws regarding goods and services. In Australia, our products come with guarantees you can’t opt out of under the Australian Consumer Law. If you experience a major failure, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund, plus compensation for any other foreseeable losses and damages. The same goes for New Zealand under the Consumers Guarantee Act (1993).

Normal wear and tear, like scratches or dents that don’t affect how the appliance works.

Damage due to improper handling, accidents, neglect, natural disasters, or not following our care instructions.

Breakage from dropping your appliance.

If you’re using this product in a commercial setting.

Minor imperfections due to variations in materials.

Damage from cleaning products or tools–like abrasive cleaners or automatic dishwashers.

If the product is found to be defective, please contact the customer service centre from the place of purchase. Each retailer has their own processes for faulty product returns and may request additional information from you. Upon receipt and examination by the parent company of Duraprès, Food Fight Ltd, if the product or part is deemed faulty, Food Fight will provide a product or part replacement with an identical or similar item.
