1/2 tsp sea salt flakes

1 3/4 cups buttermilk

2 large eggs

90g unsalted butter, melted and cooled

Method

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate soda, and salt.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, and butter. Whisk buttermilk mixture into flour mixture until just incorporated, being careful not to overmix batter.
