Raspberry Mango Puree Recipe

Ingredients

2 punnets raspberries

1 mango – remove skin and cut cheeks from pit

75g icing sugar

Your favourite vanilla bean ice cream

4 raspberries, to garnish

Pistachios to garnish – finely chopped

Description

SERVED OVER VANILLA BEAN ICE CREAM



Method

Step 1

In your Prep Master Mini food processor, puree the raspberries, mango cheeks and icing sugar until smooth. Push the puree through a fine sieve, discarding the seeds and reserving the sauce.

Step 2

Scoop ice cream, pour raspberry mango sauce over the ice cream and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve straight away.
