Icy Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup fresh raspberries

1 cup ice cubes

1/2 cup plain yoghurt

3 tbs fresh coconut water

2 tbs agave syrup

1/4 vanilla bean, seeds scraped, or 1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Step 1

In large jar or glass, combine raspberries, ice, yoghurt, coconut water, and syrup. Add vanilla seeds (discard bean) or vanilla extract. Using the Beat Blitz with the Immersion Blender attachment, blend on high speed until icy and smooth. Pour into glass and serve.
