Homemade Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

550g ripe tomatoes on the vine

½ white onion, halved

1 cup fresh coriander sprigs and tender stems

2 chipotle chillies in adobo sauce

1 garlic clove

Juice of 1 lime

Kosher salt

Make-Ahead: This salsa can be made up to 12 hours ahead, covered, and refrigerated.



Method

Step 1

Place tomatoes, onion, coriander, chipotle chillies, and garlic in the Duraprès Prep Master Pro Electric Food Processor, and blend until finely chopped. Pulse in lime juice and salt to taste.

Step 2

Transfer salsa to a bowl and set aside for about 10 minutes to allow flavours to meld before serving.
