4 cups filtered water

1/3 cup coffee beans

Method

Step 1

Heat water in the Boil IQ Digital Kettle to 95°C. Meanwhile, in coffee grinder, coarsely grind coffee beans; they should resemble coarse bread crumbs. Transfer to French press.

Step 2

Pour hot water over coffee to almost fill French press, leaving 4 cm of space at top. Steep coffee for 5 minutes. (Do not cover press with plunger at this point).

Step 3

Add plunger and slowly plunge coffee. Serve immediately.
